30+ years of proven entrepreneurial experience focusing on predictive analytics and engagement strategies.

Before starting Predictive Health, Jim was co-founder and COO of a medical cost containment and wellness company specializing in reducing unnecessary medical and workers’ compensation costs with large regional companies and municipalities. Prior to that, he was CEO and Founder of Relationship Marketing, a national one-to-one marketing agency focusing on using predictive modeling and personalized communication for improving engagement with channel partners and customers for large Fortune 500 clients.

Jim's strategic programs won numerous national awards for improving customer loyalty and employee engagement in the life sciences, manufacturing  and pharmaceutical industries. He is a two time Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year nominee and his agency was named the state’s most Innovative Work Environment for focusing on employee well-being. Jim is a father of three and a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he still serves on their alumni board.

Natalie Spitzig

Chief Development Officer

A rare combination of healthcare provider expertise, a deep understanding of how the healthcare provider system works and a passion for employer health management services.

Natalie has owned and operated her own certified business and executive coaching consultancy for the past 12 years. Prior to joining Predictive Health Partners as Chief Development Officer, Natalie served as the Director of Business Development for The Iowa Clinic, having previously spent 9 years as the CFO of the organization. She is incredibly well-connected with business leaders around the country and brings a refreshing perspective and clarity on the healthcare dilemma employers are facing.

Natalie has an Accounting degree from the University of Northern Iowa and is a Certified Public Accountant.  She is also a certified business, leadership and health coach and is very passionate about and has a deep understanding of the importance of self-care, nutrition and empowering others with the tools they need to live healthier lives.

Giving back is one of her passions, she serves on the Boards of ChristLife Ministries and the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce and is on the Advisory Council for the Iowa Association of Business and Industry.  She also is a past Board member of the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce and a Past President of the Central Iowa Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Sarah Lewis

Invaluable marketing, communications and design abilities with years of experience in employee health communications.

Sarah has been a part of the Predictive Health Partners team since the spring of 2017, assisting in the creation and cultivation of the Predictive Health brand, messaging and strategy. With degrees in public relations and psychology, Sarah is a capable and knowledgable young professional with a passion for helping people live their healthiest lives.

Sarah is a proud Drake University alumna and considers Instagram-stalking English bulldogs the most effective form of self-care.

Terry Welker

Advisory Board Member

Terry Welker Headshot

Terry Welker, SHRM-SCP/SPHR, has 26-years experience in public safety as a Chief Officer, training specialist and criminal investigator prior to founding his current company Universal HR Solutions where he is the Senior Partner.

While Terry is native to Des Moines, Iowa, he graduated Summa Cum Laude at both Hampton University (B.S.) and Troy State University-Norfolk Naval Base (Masters in Human Resources). Terry also attended Harvard University as the recipient of the John F. Kennedy Executive Fellowship program. He teaches employment law and the certification program for SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and also Human Resource courses within the graduate program at Drake University.

Terry lives in Urbandale with his wife Jann and daughter Charli.

Dr. Mike Case Haub, PharmD

Dr. Mike Case Haub, PharmD has been in the pharmacy industry for almost 25 years.  He has had a vast amount of experience in numerous different practice settings such as health system, community, managed care, research, academia, administration and also is a diabetes educator.  Mike has been an industry leader in the field of development and implementation of pharmacy clinical services.

Prior to founding Case Haub Consulting, Mike was the Director of Network Performance at OutcomesMTM where he collaborated with executive management at pharmacy chains/independents, PSAOs, technology vendors and health plans to operationalize MTM services.  Mike was also the subject matter expert on system integration.

Mike established Case Haub Consulting based on the idea that pharmacists have unique clinical skills and training that can make a significant positive difference in patients’ overall health care, and that these essential skills are often being underutilized by the current model of pharmacy practice.
